On June 1, 2016 the quiet serenity of our peaceful residential neighborhood was shattered when the Owner of 3224 Old Ranch Drive, Santa Rosa, CA decided to turn the home into transitional housing for alcohol and chemical substance abusers. He has leased the home out to 15 young men and women in their 20's, effectively converting the home into a boarding house that has many of the characteristics of an unmanaged fraternity or sorority.
On average, it is esimated 15 new residents will cycle through the house every three to six months. Each resident is allowed to have three visitors during the day without any prior approval -- that equates to a potential for 60 people on the property who are completely unknown to neighbors.

Why does he not demand his property manager to put a reasonable limit on the number of tenants to prevent the destruction of his Santa Rosa neighbors' safe, quiet living experiences? (We say six is a fair limit.)
